Because each piece is handmade, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If something isn’t right with your order — for example, if your bag arrives damaged or you receive something different from what you ordered — please reach out to us at awatelier78@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to look into it and make things right. ♡
